Holes

A woman is looking down, with her hands on her face and sitting on a red bench. The chunks taken from her body symbolizes how she feels. I thought this was very provocative. What do you think? Have you ever felt like this?
Let your mind start a journey thru a strange new world. Leave all thoughts of the world you knew before. Let your soul take you where you long to be...Close your eyes let your spirit start to soar, and you'll live as you've never lived before. -- Eric Fromm

I always feel like this, minus the part about being able to sit down on a cool red bench. I usually am feeling that way, while making dinner or giving the kids a bath. :)
Dee, I LOVE that Ecclesiastes passage.
Hi David!
Thank you for posting this!!! It seems to look better on your blog too (I think your background color makes a better frame).
dee visited my blog and left me a comment - thanks dee! I felt honored that you posted my painting and grateful that it prompted dee to leave me a comment.
I'm certainly not feeling well lately but it truly does help knowing that I'm not alone (holes and all).
Oh and made up the "cool red bench" part, nancy! :)
Thanks, David.
