Today is Michael's birthday! He wraps up our July birthday celebrations. All of our children were born in July! After Michael was born, Phyllis and I did not have any interaction during October!
Michael has been such a blessing in our life. His personality is a gift from God. Being the last child, he has also been the most easy going, as long as we stay on schedule. He has the best sense of humor of our children, and gets most of my jokes. One of the great things about Michael is that no matter what he does, he tries his best.
Michael is very popular in school because he is the kind of person teenagers like to hang with. He is not the one that needs to be in control. Because of this, He has a very diverse group of friends.
The most important thing in Michael's life is his relationship with God. He is one of the leaders in his youth group, primarily by his quiet example. However, he has recently been in some dramas which he performed on a recent mission trip to Mexico.
He is a rabid University of Texas fan - especially football! He loves football and is also a wrestler. This year he will be on the junior varsity at Katy High School. He is a bone crusher on the football field. As a defensive back, he is not afraid to hit.
As I said and written many times, the greatest blessing in my life is my family! If you are keeping score, Melissa's birthday was the 12th, Matthew's the 16th, and Michael is the 25th.

We have 8 kids over right now for a party. There is actually two girls here, which is the first time for Michael. What is happening to my little boy?
