Dr. Laura Event
As you may have guessed, I went to a Dr. Laura book signing at a Barnes and Noble. It was really cool!

Did you get a conversation with her? I don't always agree with her--but I do think she has some good things to say!
Our conversation was brief. One thing that I am amazed at is how she has overcome a difficult past to be so successful.
Her style is very solution focused, which is similar to Dr. Phil. Solution focused therapy is becoming very popular because it works for many people.
