Would you believe 45 years?
On this day, forty-five years ago, my two sisters, brother and I were picked up by the Barnett family. I will never forget the red, 1962 Impala. We were four hungry orphans, and God found us a home.
I'm SO glad you were rescued by the Barnetts, David. I know times were rough with them, as well, in many ways, but in the end you were all kept together and raised to be good Christians with education and all.
I think of your growing up story often and am glad you are where you are today with your family and great children and all.
