Imagine

When I was young, I remember thinking that many of the problems and cultural proclivities would be obsolete in thirty years. As a society, I really thought education, sophistication, and consecration would eliminate these. Some of them are:

1. War
2. Global poverty
3. Poverty in America
4. Cancer
5. Racism
6. Tattoos
7. Smoking
8. Illegal hard drugs
10. Illiteracy
11. Abortions
12 Muzak (elevator music)

What were some of the problems or challenges we face that you thought would be eliminated by the 21st century?
