A Core Life

You have heard of the authentic life, true self, the purpose driven life, a bug's life, etc... I would like to introduce you to A CORE Life. Core is derived from the Latin word for heart. CORE drives past the presuppositions and goes to the heart of the matter We often use core as an adjective to describe values, principles, competencies, etc. Core is about the essential, the central part of anything, the heart.

How does one live a CORE life? Hence, the acronym for core: Centered, Open, Relational, and Empowered.
